Report a problem, block unwanted contact and get help.
Report content or a player
In a case, open Chat → Report player, or select Report message next to the message. Choose a reason, optionally add context and send. A confirmation appears only after the report is saved. You can also report a public nickname from the ranking. The other player is not notified who reported them.
Block unwanted contact
Use Block player in the conversation and confirm. Previous partner messages are hidden and new messages between your accounts are stopped across rooms. Existing story progress is not reversed. You can leave the investigation, and the player who set the block can remove it. Blocking is separate from reporting.
Human review
Authorized moderation staff review submitted content and can hide messages, remove nicknames or restrict posting and joining. Automatic filtering is limited and cannot detect every abusive message. For follow-up or an appeal, contact [email protected]. Do not include passwords or unrelated private conversations.
